Rates and Limits for Receiving Money with PureFi
Getting paid should be simple. You can use the PureFi app to receive money from a friend, request money from a client, or receive money from abroad. This page explains everything about fees, limits, and what to expect at every step.
Receiving Fees
Good news: receiving money into your PureFi account is free in most cases.
We believe you should keep more of what you earn, not lose it the moment it arrives. That is why we have kept receiving fees as low as possible and always show you exactly what to expect before any money moves. Every time you use our system to receive payments from abroad, the total cost is visible upfront with no surprises.
Domestic Transfers
Receiving domestic payments is free for the vast majority of currencies. No hidden charges, no fine print.
International Transfers (SWIFT)
For international money transfer fees, a small receiving fee may apply depending on your region and currency. Regular recipients of money from abroad as well as one-time users, can check the exact fee for their specific route on our Pricing Page before the transfer is initiated.
One thing to keep in mind: when a sender makes a SWIFT payment, their own bank or an intermediary bank along the route may deduct a small fee before the funds reach us. This is outside our control, but we always recommend the sender check with their bank beforehand so there are no surprises on either end.
Quick Summary
| Transfer Type | Receiving Fee |

Receiving Limits
For most currencies and users, there is no cap on how much you can receive into your PureFi account when using receive money internationally. People using an app to receive money for casual transfers and those collecting large international payments for work are both supported with the same flexibility.
That said, certain currencies and regions do have specific limits in place. These exist to keep your money and our platform safe for everyone, in line with global financial regulations.
USD Receiving Limits
| Accounts Type | Personal Account | Business Account |
|---|---|---|
| Per transaction / per day | $20,000,000 | $50,000,000 |
| Per year (rolling 365 days) | $35,000,000 | $150,000,000 |
The yearly limit is calculated on a rolling 365-day basis, not a fixed calendar year. For example, a payment received on April 14 counts toward your limit until April 15 the following year.
Any money received into your USD account counts toward this limit. This includes funds sent by other people or funds added from your own accounts. Converting money from another currency into USD does not count toward the limit under the international payment receiving limits rules.
Other Currencies
Receiving limits vary by currency and region. You can find the exact limits for your currency on the relevant currency page under Using Your Account Details, or reach out to our support team anytime.
The limits depend on the receiving country and currency type.
Receiving Large Amounts
We process large transfers regularly and there is nothing you need to do in advance.
After a large payment arrives, we may reach out to ask a few questions, such as your relationship with the sender or the purpose of the payment. This is a standard regulatory requirement and it helps us keep PureFi safe and trustworthy for everyone who uses it.
There is no paperwork to send ahead of time. We review each transfer individually and will only ask for what is genuinely needed. Our support team will guide you through the process clearly if we do need anything.
This applies especially for users handling SWIFT transfer receiving fee cases and high-value international payments.
Holding Limits
For most regions, there is no limit on how much you can hold across your PureFi currencies at any time.
If you are based in a region with specific holding limits, you will find all the details on the page for your local currency or you can contact our support team for guidance.
These rules are part of bank transfer receiving limits USD and other currency-specific systems designed for safe processing.
